Customer Service Representative

This position is responsible for serving our repeat customer base. Primary roles are answering customer questions, setting up accounts, and generating sales transactions.

The Customer Service Representative will be trusted to represent our brands in sales and support interactions. We work with clients on the phone and through email support, therefore the Customer Service Representative will be expected to hold a high level of service and maintain excellent communication skills.

The Customer Service Representative will attend weekly meetings to further product knowledge and to strengthen personal development in order to improve clientele knowledge.

Primary responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Qualify customers and explain the benefits and features of our products
• Engage with customers in a professional manner while actively listening to their needs
• Attend weekly workshops in our Austin office

Typical Activities

• Offer support and solutions to customers in accord with our customer service policies
• Collaborate with management to stay updated on new products, services, and policies

Experience and Skills

• Degree preferred, but not required - relevant work experience is accepted
• High level of initiative and works well in a team environment
• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
• Ease with talking to new and unusual people

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600 - $700.00 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
