This position is responsible for revenue growth in our retail Email channel. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies for consistent Email campaigns using the company's breadth of customers and businesses. Each segment has distinct opportunities for building consistent communications to grow sales revenue.

Sales are multifaceted involving 4 main websites.

As content development is a primary responsibility, our company has resources for graphics, copy, analytics, IT, and testing available to this position.

We are looking for an experienced digital marketer who can own this important channel and use our database and tools to increase revenue.

As manager of our email marketing division you will report directly to the Vice President of Sales.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop campaigns, including all content for weekly emails designed for targeted groups.
• Monitor sales results and adjust strategies appropriately to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales for product placement and promotions.
• Work with other stakeholders to align with seasonal campaign objectives.
• Build library 30/60/90 days in advance with proven campaigns.
• Present future Campaigns and recent results to Upper Management on a regular basis.

Typical Activities

• Align with VP of Marketing on specific campaign goals.
• Collaborate with Sales for product guidance, promotions, and triggers.
• Work with Graphic resources to design emails and build content.
• Work with IT resources for data, smart targeting, and personalization.
• Analyze results for conversion and sales improvements.

Experience and Skills

• Passion for building revenue through strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Experience in electronics or firearms-adjacent products space.
• Experience in Email Marketing Campaign development, implementation, and analysis.
• Experience in following best practices for email compliances, QA/QC.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar work experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
